For many years, we on the 4Web team have been working alone in our individual businesses. We had collaborated on projects, networked together, and were friends with one another. So, in October 2007, after a particularly busy fall season, it was an easy decision for all of us to form a new company. How could we possibly go wrong with the best: a web developer, an engineer, a project manager and a content writer? All of us are well established and respected in our communities. By working together we would have the strength and teamwork to offer clients the very best. Since that moment, the momentum has been incredible.

A few philosophies we live by:

  1. The process is as important as the product.
  2. Collaborating is so much more productive than competing.
  3. Having fun is absolutely essential!!!

  5. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

We also believe that the best clients are educated, understand as much as they wish to know about the web development process, and that an educated community betters the world around us. Since we believe in collaboration over competition, you can often find us having lunch, visiting at community meetings -- and even working with "competitors" on web projects.
