Gwen Ames is a CSS Guru and is motivated by a job well done. Her heads-down, hard-working mentality benefits 4Web clients in every way.

Her favorite part of the job is creating custom templates, which is taking the graphic design and putting it on your website. She is well versed in working with Joomla working with all versions of Joomla and has a great knowledge of what additional functionality is needed on a website. Her tenacity to overcome technical challenges and her practical approach to problem-solving are valuable assets she uses each day.

When not perusing the latest web development blogs, she can often be found enjoying the beautiful New England scenery by bike or foot. She is also very gifted with making jewelry from her own designs.

Gwen earned her B.A. in Philosophy from Mount Holyoke College and earned her M.S. in Internet Technology from the Marlboro College Graduate School.  While in Grad School she learned how to develop sites that are functional, usable and accessible….after all, Jen Kramer was one of her teachers!
