Reality Check!

Not everyone accesses the internet via a home computer. If your visitors access your site from a public location like a library, they may not be able to send you email easily. Having a contact form allows everyone to send you messages, even without access to an email program.

Project Management

Every client, regardless of the size and scope of the project  will benefit from our robust project management techniques.  After all, successful projects don't just happen on their own. 4Web will ensure that the process runs smoothly from the time we first meet until your site is in full production on the web using best practices as documented by the Project Management Institute.

Communication

We promise to keep you in the loop every step of the way. With a "No Surprises" motto, you can be sure that we will work with you to set key communication milestones throughout the project. From the moment when you begin to review the development environment to the site in its final form, you are our partner. Without your insight and feedback, we would be lost. Open communication is the cornerstone of our process.

Training

We're not kidding about our tagline: "It's Your Website."  Our goal is to make you feel comfortable owning and managing your site after our work is complete. To that end, we provide you with hands-on training as well as easy-to-use documentation. We provide tailored documentation to both the content managers and the IT staff.

Quality assurance

We test all of our sites on a variety of operating systems and standard browsers.  Our goal is to minimize any design differences between the various browsers and to make sure that all of the custom functionality works as advertised.

Risk Management

Every project includes inherent risk and elements of uncertainty. At 4Web, we work hard to identify project risks up front and then take the appropriate steps to avoid or mitigate those risks.
